I got my first one back in July and absolutely loved it. So when it broke in October I was DEVASTATED. I contacted customer support on a whim, not really sure what I expected to happen, maybe get a discount or something. It took a few days to hear back, but once I did they informed me of the 15 year warranty and sent me a brand new one free of charge! Not only that, but they were so nice and I was so happy to have thought to reach out.
